Why The Intensive?
Finding your true nature within yourself starts through conscious living every day.
Consciousness is not a permanent state of being that you suddenly reach and maintain without effort. Most people live in a state of unconsciousness that does not require much of anything because it is our default. Consciousness on the other hand requires attention and focus.
𖦹 I’m here to tell you there is another way, and you are not alone… you can be your most vibrant self in your beautiful skin.
𖦹We will start with the release of old patterns, habits, and beliefs.
𖦹 Connect you to your inner self without any judgment, shame, or guilt. Through these practices, you will start to shed that hard shell many of us wear to keep ourselves protected. As you start shedding the layers you will start to feel lighter. As you get lighter you will start to see an inner glow within yourself.
𖦹 No amount of diet, exercise, beauty products, or procedures can create the glow a person omits from the inside. You can feel the positive energy exchanged when someone has a sense of contentment within themselves. That energy feels good and is contagious, it makes you feel good without knowing why. It is time to invest in yourself, when you do, you’ll step into your magic light.

THE INTENSIVE PROGRAM INCLUDES
12 x 90-minute sessions with me in person or from the comfort of your own home.
One-on-one sessions for a deeper, personalized mentorship experience to unlock personal authenticity, develop a morning practice, and get clarity on your life vision. You will receive unlimited email support and accountability, hands on guidance, breathwork, movement practices, journal prompts, recipes, tools, and applied practices for integration and a holistic lifestyle approach.
3 Month Outline
Month 01
We start by looking at your purpose and passions on life. What drives you? What gets you excited to wake up in the morning? Do you have a spiritual practice? Any hobbies or rituals outside of work that bring you peace?
Month 02
Next, we need to make sure you are nourishing areas in your life that bring you pleasure. Relationships, community, things that bring you joy, happiness, and connection. While also teaching you how to shed toxic thoughts, let go of limiting beliefs, or cope with the stressful life situations that often make you feel drained and depleted.
Month 03
Lastly, connecting with play in our lives. This can be physical activity, different forms of movement, permission to let go and just enjoy life. These four pillars in life: purpose, passion, pleasure and play give us direction, a sense of wholeness, strength and joy.
