Group Circles

A sacred space created intentionally for people to gather.

A space where we can come together, sit in a sacred space created with the intention, and leave feeling seen, safe, heard, and held on their journeys through life.

This is a sacred space free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise. A sacred space without the demands of the outside world, a space to go inwards, too reconnect, and to return home. A refuge for the spirit of the feminine.

When we speak of the feminine spirit, it has nothing to do with being a man or women. We all have a mix of masculine and feminine energy, and we need both in our daily lives. Masculine energy is characterized by DOING, achieving, and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving, allowing, and characterized by BEING.

The spirit of the feminine allows for personal growth due to its connection between oneself and nature. It is our ability to access one’s innermost self so one may learn more about who they are beyond societal expectations or norms placed upon them by others.

Through a collective healing, and a collective remembering, we awaken.

For there is no safer space than a space held, by the sacredness of the circle.

A space for you to remember, who you really are. 

And in remembering, who you really are, you let go of who they told you to be.

Pre-Circle

✺ Keep your meals light and don’t arrive with a full belly ✺
(You won’t feel comfortable during Breathwork or Movement if you are full)

✺ Bring water and something to cover your eyes with ✺

If on a zoom its best to be on your computer and not your phone. Also, it is important for you to have a comfortable, quiet place where you can be undisturbed for the duration of the session.

✺ Give yourself a little space after this session ✺
𖦹 Soak in a ritual bath filled with salts and essentials oil 𖦹
𖦹 Take a nice shower and use a salt scrub 𖦹
𖦹 Take a walk barefoot in nature 𖦹
𖦹 Eat a nourishing meal 𖦹
𖦹 Listen to some soothing music 𖦹

✺ Drink LOTS of water to facilitate release for the rest of the day/evening ✺

All of the above will help your energy settle, and will replenish you well after the Circle.

  • In these sessions, along with the collective power of a group, you will activate your own healing journey. True healing comes from within, and nothing external can heal you. I will guide you in unlocking your innate healing abilities with your own sacred breath.
