The Benefits of Breathwork

Breathwork is a “New Age” term for various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person’s mental, emotional, or physical state, with a therapeutic effect.

The style of Breathwork that I teach incorporates a two-part inhalation and an exhale. This form of conscious breathing helps relax, manage stress, and calm anxiety. You learn how to breath fully while activating the subconscious mind and allowing for transformation of limiting thoughts.
