DIY Summer Sunflower Body Butter
Raw shea butter makes a great summer base because it’s light and absorbs quickly. Not only that, but it’s extremely moisturizing and rich in vitamin E. Sunflower oil promotes hydration, while holy basil oil increases endurance and relieves joint pain.
THE PROCESS
STEP 1
Combine the shea butter and sunflower oil into a glass measuring beaker and whisk them together.
STEP 2
Add the holy basil essential oil and stir until all ingredients combine.
STEP 3
Transfer to a glass storage container. Use approximately 1 tablespoon per day for your self-massage.

1/4 cup raw shea butter
1/4 cup sunflower oil
3 drops holy basil essential oil
