Sylvia Birnbaum

Sylvia Birnbaum is here to create a sacred space to support and empower you. Her work is based on a feminine spiritual practices that are grounded in the belief and knowing that the power to heal, to manifest, and to live the life we dream to live comes from within. We all have the magic inside of us, we just need to remember it.

She is here to help connect you with your inner voice, the one that can get lost in the noise of everyday life. Breathwork can help clear space in the mind to tap into the wisdom that is always there beneath the current. It is incredibly beneficial to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Your breath is the most efficient tool to regulate your nervous system. It can heal you, release old trauma, send you deep into orgasmic bliss, or take you into altered states of consciousness. 

Together we will help you shed your expectations of yourself and assist you in seeing yourself for who you really are, opposed to who you think you should be. You will release shame and fear, activate vulnerability, and connect back to your truth. Sylvia is passionate about teaching you how to tap into your inner knowing and guide you back to your true nature.
