What is the Breathe & Beauty Method?
The Breathe & Beauty Method is a holistic approach to facial rejuvenation that works far beyond the surface.
It is a refined blend of intentional breathwork, guided facial sculpting, and subtle energetic clearing—designed to release tension held within the face, regulate the nervous system, and restore natural flow throughout the body.
Your face holds more than expression.
It holds patterns of tension, emotion, and lived experience.
Over time, this can show up as tightness in the jaw, heaviness in the features, restricted circulation, and a sense of disconnection from your natural radiance. Rather than forcing change, this method works by softening what has been held—allowing the face to return to a more open, lifted, and harmonious state.
Through breath, we create space.
Through touch, we restore movement.
Through awareness, we allow release.
As tension begins to dissolve, circulation improves, the tissues become more responsive, and your features naturally begin to lift and refine. At the same time, many experience a deeper shift—feeling calmer, more grounded, and more at ease within themselves.
This is not about over-correcting or altering your face.
It is about supporting your natural structure and revealing the beauty that is already there.
The result is both visible and felt:

Pre-Circle
✺ Keep your meals light and don’t arrive with a full belly ✺
(You won’t feel comfortable during Breathwork or Movement if you are full)
✺ Bring water and something to cover your eyes with ✺
If on a zoom its best to be on your computer and not your phone. Also, it is important for you to have a comfortable, quiet place where you can be undisturbed for the duration of the session.

✺ Give yourself a little space after this session ✺
𖦹 Soak in a ritual bath filled with salts and essentials oil 𖦹
𖦹 Take a nice shower and use a salt scrub 𖦹
𖦹 Take a walk barefoot in nature 𖦹
𖦹 Eat a nourishing meal 𖦹
𖦹 Listen to some soothing music 𖦹
✺ Drink LOTS of water to facilitate release for the rest of the day/evening ✺
All of the above will help your energy settle, and will replenish you well after the Circle.
